How ReplyTown researches and reviews its guidance.
Our aim is useful, verifiable operational guidance without invented certainty.
Claim types
We distinguish product facts, sourced external facts, ReplyTown measurements, estimates, opinions and unsupported claims. Unsupported material is removed or rewritten as a conditional statement. Estimates state their inputs and must not be presented as booked revenue.
Source priority
For law, privacy and communications rules, we prefer official UK sources such as the ICO. For product behavior, the working specification and tested output are authoritative. Third-party surveys and vendor benchmarks may provide context, but they do not prove an individual business outcome.
Calculators
Calculators expose their assumptions and provide estimates only. Users should replace default values with their own call records, booking rates and average eligible job value. Results are not forecasts or guarantees.
Review and updates
Substantive guides show an authoring organisation and the most reliable available publication or update date. Material changes update the page date. Product, price and compliance statements are checked before release, and rendered pages pass automated metadata and canonical validation.
Commercial disclosure
ReplyTown publishes these guides and sells the missed-call recovery workflow discussed in them. We do not present our own articles as independent reviews. Comparisons must describe meaningful differences and limitations rather than guarantee that ReplyTown is the best fit.
