1. The service

ReplyTown sends an instant text back to your missed calls and web leads, runs an intake conversation, classifies urgency, and hands you a clean, bookable lead summary. You keep your existing phone number and your existing call forwarding.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how each phone number was obtained. ReplyTown only messages numbers where there is a lawful basis, and you agree not to use the service for cold-texting or unsolicited marketing. Any STOP or opt-out reply must be honoured, and ReplyTown enforces this automatically before any send.

3. Billing

ReplyTown charges a flat monthly price with no per-call or per-message fees. Billing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. Cancel anytime; the service remains active until the end of your paid period.

4. Fair use

The service is for the recovery of genuine inbound leads. You agree not to route non-customer test traffic at volume, resell the service, or use it in a way that violates PECR, UK GDPR, or the law of your market.

5. Liability

ReplyTown is a safety net, not a guarantee of booked jobs. We do not guarantee that every lead converts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
